As a young man I had the privledge to serve The Bulletin to the 4300 block of Potter Street. Although Neilson Street had its casts of characters I believe they were clearly outdone by Potter Street in the area of "lunatics"! Below is a picture of one of the more "normal" residents. This picture was taken a few weeks ago!!!
